A few things to consider before requesting an appointment. All of our color services give you and your hair customized color, with that being said longer color services can not be rushed. We recommend allowing yourself a starting minimum of 3 hours in the salon, corrections required a minimum of 5. We want to ensure the quality of your service is the absolute best, as good hair can't be rushed! Due to the fact most appointments are in such high demand and reserve a large portion of our schedule we will require a card on file to hold any and all appointments. Our policy is as follows: We allot a 48 hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. We ask you always confirm your appointment through automated text, if you appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours we will call you to confirm, if there is still no confirmation your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show. A no show fee of 50% of the service will be charged to guests that cancel after our 48 hour cancellation policy. Clients that no show or cancel 24 hours or less will be charged 100% of their service. A 10 minute grace period is allotted for any guest running late, 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in a forfiet. We understand life happens and some things are out of our control, so when in doubt to avoid any fees please just give us a call!

Policy Agreement
I, understand that color correction / balayage / blonding services have different effects on different hair types.I will consult both on line and on the day of my appointment. I will use the opportunity to ask questions and understand the procedure. I understand previous chemical services, using heat, flat iron/ curling iron, perm, permanent straightening or relaxers can still have effects to my hair. I understand my hairstylist is a licensed cosmetologist and will do her/his best and will use her/his professional judgment throughout the process. The service I requested could have unintended results, including among possible side effects: greater risk of damage to my hair, an allergic reaction to hair products, irritation, burning, redness or soreness of the scalp and any other exposed skin. I further acknowledge that I am aware that certain medications, over the counter hair dyes, box dyes, normal hair dyes ( semi-demi-permanent colors) and various medical conditions can significantly increase the possibility of unfavorable results. I acknowledge that I now understand the risks that may occur from the color services I have requested and that I have been provided with an opportunity to ask my stylist questions about the possible adverse results and risks and conduct further research, I agree that I will not hold my stylist, the salon or any other person responsible if the results are not intended or if I suffer from an allergic reaction, skin irritation or any other condition.
I understand that I may need multiple sessions to have my desired hair goal. I understand that a follow up (toner/glaze) may be required. I give the permission to East Coast Salon to take photos/videos of my before and after, post on social medias, using for online advertising and for hair contests. I understand I have to let the hairstylist know if I don’t want my face in the videos/photos.
I understand East Coast Salon has a price list and I understand prices can be different depending on my hair and desired goal. I understand East Coast Salon does not give exact prices prior to service and prices may differ from estimated quote. I'm aware all hairdressers prices differ. I am aware East Coast Salon has a zero refund policy but will always adjust and fix if service client may be unsatisfied with result. I understand that East Coast Salon performs all services to the best of their ablitities and every color service comes with bond builders and deep reparative conditioning treatments to ensure healthy hair. I understand East Coast Salon may deny services if specific details of hair were not disclosed in application online and/or hair integrity is not able to withstand color service on day of appointment. I agree to disclose all hair history in my application and that in not doing so chemical reactions can occur do to hidden hair history. I release and forever discharge East Coast Salon, its owners, employees and contractors, including my stylist (hereinafter the Releases) of/and from all manner of actions, suits, claims, demands or damages of any nature or kind, which I may otherwise have because of unintended or unfavorable results or skin irritation or other medical conditions that may occur from provision of the color services by any of the Releases. I confirm that I had an opportunity to consider this document and by booking an appointment at East Coast Salon I agree to all terms including East Coast Salon cancellation policy stated above and our ZERO REFUND POLICY.
